so basicly a command 'norespawn' in the attributes section of the bot is what you want ? (or respawn 'yes' / respawn 'no')
or:
respawns <max number of respawns>
where 0 disables the respawning for this bot ?
I'll add this, its not much work
Currently bots only respawn if no players are around them, so thats a way to control it a bit

about the voicechat bug I know, its new, what keyboard layout do you have ? I think it works on US keyboards (I'm on a belgian layout)
its not ready for production, it was just a quickie 
the font needs fixing, everything isnt positioned yet correctly
there also need to be a version to use on a black background
etc
as advertisement is really important I also opened my favourite graphics program last night and gave it a try

small remark about the g_spawnpoints cvar
g_spawnpoints 0 -> autosave every 30 seconds
g_spawnpoints 1 -> save a spawnpoint manually with the "spawnpoint" command
g_spawnpoints 2 -> multiplayer style flagzone respawn
and about sv_maxclients: don't touch this cvar
use sv_maxcoopclients

yes on linux there will not be an additional process taking the same amount of cpu as rtcwcoop

I was hoping not to see this subject arising for a long time. I played ET since start and still do some times. I spent way way too many hours on it every single day for many years. During those years the servers had easy access. Not too much custom pk3s being the major thing. Many servers had custom maps (great) but not that many had skins/sounds. At some point I found it too hard to join servers, because every single server had tens of megabytes of stupid skin/sound packs. At that point, I pretty much slowly quit playing ET. Sometimes it did take long time to join any *** server and sometimes I even failed to find one. I pretty much felt the game being raped.
Imho make maps, not skins/sounds.
I agree with that, i'm always annoyed when I have to download when I want to play
The only solution I see is recreated the dedicated console q3,rtcw,ET has, but this involves a lot of changes, so it wont be for the next update (or the one after)
oops, sorry wrong pk3 was loaded, it should work now
no downloads needed all changes are serverside
my server (boozze) is running it currently, so you can playtest it already ,let me know what you think !

The biggest help we can get (except development help) is getting people to play it and building a community (one that realizes that everything is still under development so that we're open to changes.
So writing howtos is great and helpfull !

Currently not, but it should be possible, that would be the best solution.
I just need to find a model with an empty frame or something like that
currently I cannot destroy the door by dynamite, only the barrel and when the barrel is destroyed I can run a script to remove the door
maybe I can place it to the left wall and put more barrels, don't know yet
Ideas for other models are welcome
