angryplayer wrote:I tried that, but it just keeps "awaiting gamestate"
So turning firewall off could help?
Okay thanks.
awaiting gamestate means that he can connect, but that something else is wrong.
can you join your own local server ? (do you start a dedicated server ?)
do you have a firewall ?
can you friend connect through the console, as explained in my previous post ?
let him try by typing /connect <your ip address> in his console
the pk3 files should be in 'main'
Can you post a screenshot of above folders, so we can see the contents?
thats one of the things that I wanted to implement, but it would take a lot of time, so I'm afraid this will not happen in the near future
show me the contents of C:\Users\rock bf2cc\Documents\RtcwCOOP\main\
and C:\Program Files (x86)\Return to Castle Wolfenstein\main\
don't forget to forward 27960 udp in your firewall/router to your local lan IP (in case you are not directly connected to the internet)
ah didnt notice this
yes I know this can happen, thats why I implemented the teleport command
whats the bug ?
and why is your compass so different ?
cross compile works fine for me (tested this on 2 different machines)
I take full credit for this bug
the code for the flame zombies requires a total rewrite to work in a multiplayer environment, the same for the tesla
I think the second one has problems with the skybox or something
same to you guys
as stated in the readme, there is no support for cutscenes, if you want to see the cutscenes play regular rtcw
g_skipcutscenes is something from older releases.
the cutscenese code is just not compatible with a multiplayer (aka coop) environment
you also as said few times before, open the ports in your router
thats not a correct answer
FIREWALL or ROUTER ?
choose one of the two
where did you set those rules in your firewall or your router ?
no, bots are not supported, only AI's
(bots = are like human players that just roam around)
(AI's = are the ones you see in rtcwcoop and rtcwsp, they act a bit like bots but are not totally free)
yes, you need to set the target and targetnames for the flags, check the original rtcwcoop mapscripts for examples
this is needed to connect flags to spawnpoints
jurajkatalinic wrote:How to make that ?
look at the arena file in the sp_pak_coop1.pk3 folder
jurajkatalinic wrote:How do I launch map for INTERNET DETECTED or LAN DETECTED ?
In map SELECTION SCREEN there isn't my map there .
I can only launch it by CONSLE .
you need to make an arena file to make it show up
