Fretn and his Devteam run test servers, Killer, therefore, they wouldn't give Admin rights to others. If you need a server of your own, you can contact Schnoog over on Splatterladder, that's who we rent our RtCW Cooperative server from.

It costs around 6 euros per month, the server is very stable and the service is excellent too. Here's a link:
