timelimit reset to 20?

Hi, i think i got a dedicated server working, but i'm currently struggleling with setting up the timelimit to 0.

it constantly reset to 20 is there a workaround, thanks in advance.

Also i was wondering do i need to upgrade gamedir with this https://github.com/iortcw/iortcw/releases/tag/1.51c ?!

seems i ve been able to get it working with steam version so far and  last version of coop mod out of the box.
