Use german voice-pack in commercial-use (in my own paid game)

Hi, I just wonder if I can use german voice-pack from RealRTCW german voice pack (thas is free) in my own game that will be paid or may contain ads?

I'm an indie game developer and looking for german voice-pack for my game.
